quick & easy hummus


Servings: 4-6

Time: 3 minutes!

Difficulty: Easy


  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon aquafaba (liquid from the can)

  • 1/4 teaspoon t turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion Powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher/sea salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for a drizzle on top)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend for approximately 1 minute, or until the hummus reaches your desired consistency. (If you prefer a smooth hummus, peel the skins off of your chickpeas first.)

  3. Enjoy with a drizzle of olive oil on top and a sprinkle of paprika.
